Fans of NBC's "Camp" have experienced ups and downs and twists and turns from episode one all the way to the season finale at ten, and the surprises continued all the way to the last minute. If you missed it on NBC September 11th, 2013 you can catch up here on hulu.com or at NBC here. The episode previews eluded to a possible end to the triangle between Cole, Richard, and Mack... but the end was not what you would expect. Neither boy got the girl.
Cole had signed on to help Richard with the Alaska camp and they both agreed at the beginning of the episode to end the friction between them in regards to Mack. The problem, Richard couldn't keep his promise and so he went after her by putting an offer of two weeks in Tuscany. But drama between a bully at Richard's camp and Buzz (Mack's son) kept her from agreeing to the trip. In the end, Richard did the right thing and helped Buzz get his pride back. Buzz also got a girlfriend. Richard put the offer of Tuscany back on the table and despite his good deeds she turned him down... why? Because she was finally ready to give Cole a chance, now that he quit working for Richard. When she is about to discuss their relationship with Cole he tells her Richard had begged to have him back and he was going to Alaska. So instead of getting they guy she wanted she let him go.
Robbie and Sarah started things back up, he offered to help her win the relay (which they did), but the sparks that were flying between them was not enough to bring them back together for good... though hope is still alive that these two find themselves back in each other's arms. It won't be next year, since she is going back to school and he is deferring law school for a year. Talk about a tiny cliffhanger, if a season two happens maybe we will get to see what happens between them, for now, we will just have to guess.
Marina's mother is put in jail after she is busted for smuggling drugs for a new boyfriend and her aunt comes to camp to offer her a place to stay. Her aunt has the belief that Marina is just as bad as mommy dearest and begins to lay down the law. During one heated conversation the aunt slaps Marina across the face, Mack and the rest of the camp witness this and Mack steps in. In the end the aunt goes home and Marina has a new home with Buzz and Mack.
