Camp Bisco announces lineup

Bassnectar, Passion Pit, STS9, Animal Collective, Umphrey's McGee, Flux Pavillion,
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Lotus, Wolfgang Gartner, Boys Noize, Squarepusher, Tommy Trash, Dillon Francis, Toro y Moi and, of course, the Disco Biscuits are all slated to make appearances at the twelfth annual Camp Bisco music and arts festival.

The festival will take place July 11-13 at Indian Lookout Country Club in Mariaville, New York for a seventh straight year.

Camp Bisco has come a long way from its humble origins at TuneTown Campgrounds in Cherry Tree, Penn. That year 800 people gathered to watch the Disco Biscuits play alongside Lake Trout, Deep Banana Blackout, the Recipe, Ulu and, fittingly, Sound Tribe Sector Nine who will be making a triumphant return to Camp Bisco in 2013.

The Disco Biscuits have never been territorial about their fans, recognizing that diverse musical tastes lead to more savvy enthusiasts and Camp Bisco has always reflected that sentiment. It marries music of all genres into one eclectic sonic blend over three days in upstate New York.

According to a press release announcing the lineup, this year's version of Camp Bisco "will enhance its expansive dance tents with surround sound and add greater concert production to all stages. From large-scale art installations and artist workshops to performance art demonstrations, carnival rides and more, Camp Bisco is also increasing the interactive elements in 2013 to create an even better festival experience for patrons."

Early bird tickets are on sale now for $185 and a limited allotment of VIP and Platinum VIP packages are also offered.
