Arena Amazonia in Manaus, Brazil, will host tonight’s finale between two countries desperately trying to get on the board. Croatia is coming off a 3-1 loss to Brazil, while Cameroon was stunned by Mexico by a final score of 1-0 in their openers.

With Brazil and Mexico knotted atop the Group A standings with 4 points apiece, these countries will need to play with a sense of urgency in what is likely their final attempt to climb back in the race. A win tonight would put either one of them right back in the mix, but a draw would practically make things impossible with one match to play.

For the Croatian side, a June 18 FIFA.com report details how Croatian star Mario Mandzukic is “eager” to face Cameroon after sitting out the opener due to a suspension. The Bayern Munich forward, who was an integral part of Croatia’s World Cup berth, was forced to be a spectator versus Brazil after being tagged with a red card against Iceland last November.

“It is every player’s dream to play at a world tournament. I’m eager to play, eager to prove myself together with my team,” Mandzukic told the tournament’s official website. “I hope that my first appearance at a World Cup will be marked with a positive outcome.”

If 2014 World Cup oddsmakers are on the money, Croatia should be able to make things interesting for Brazil and Mexico in the Group A standings. According to the latest soccer money lines, Croatia is listed as -140 favorites to defeat a Cameroon side with long betting odds of an upset at +400.

In addition to the game lines, oddsmakers believe that Croatia and Cameroon will combine and score an OVER/UNDER of 1½ goals. Finally, the soccer odds that there will be a draw in this live streaming/TV match finale are calculated at +275 odds.
