Camera Ready Boston class coming up March 2nd

Coming up on Saturday, March 2, 2013 from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, at the Kate Drew Miller Studio in Salem, MA, is a class perfect for Boston area photography enthusiasts called Camera Ready. The class is also specifically geared toward bloggers and small business owners. By attending the class, the goal is to brush up on photography skills, get to know your camera, and even gain assistance to work your camera effectively in manual mode.

Class attendees will learn editing tricks for the software Lightroom, in order to really present their photos in the best way as well. And beside just learning plenty of info about photography and editorial skills, it’s a chance to network and meet new people while also taking breaks for lunch and snacks. As an added bonus, goodie bags will be provided as a takeaway!

For those that sign up, you just need to bring your own SLR camera, laptop, and make sure to have Lightroom 4 installed on your computer. Also, look your best because teacher and studio owner Kate will also be taking custom portraits of each student! These would make a perfect addition to any budding photographer or bloggers portfolio, business website, or blog. Details about the class, which is $180, can be found at the website: http://camerareadybootcamp.com. Make sure to sign up soon though since there are just 20 seats in the class!
