Calvin Klein model Matthew Terry: I work out at least five days a week

Calvin Klein underwear model Matthew Terry went from stocking shelves at a supermarket to being interviewed on "Good Morning America," thanks to his rippling physique.

Terry, who debuted as the new face of Calvin Klein during Super Bowl 47, says the key to his buff body is making exercise a part of his daily routine, like brushing his teeth.

"I try to go to the gym at least five times a week," Matthew, 21, told GMA. "Make it a part of my daily routine, like getting up and showering. But you have to finish your workout with a good meal."

The athletic 6-foot-1 Terry follows a healthy, high-protein diet featuring chicken, fish and vegetables and tries to avoid processed foods. The one-time supermarket assistant was working as a fitness trainer when he transitioned to modeling in 2011. He was hired by Calvin Klein last year, and the rest is history.

Thanks to the incredible buzz generated by his sexy Super Bowl underwear ad, Matthew is a hot commodity. Terry, who's single and has a preference for blondes, will make his debut as the new face of Calvin Klein Dark Obsession fragrance in March.
