Caltrans (California Department of Transportation) announced on Friday the on ramps and off ramps that will be closed for the 124th Rose Parade. These closures affect the 134, 210 and 710 freeways from Dec. 31, 2012 through Jan. 1, 2013. Note that the times the ramps are closed are different for each location.
Readers who are traveling through Pasadena on those days should be aware of the closures and plan routes to avoid them. Traffic is also heavy in the days preceding and following the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game.
