I received the comment below, from a person who obviously, doesn't personally like me and clearly hates my outspoken manner of pointing out CPS corruption.
I am not sure who this person is, (although I have an idea) but whoever they are, they must be feeling a little insecure in their job. I thought I would take this comment and point out why I "call for the heads of CPS."

Really 2 - Maybe instead of calling for the heads of the CPS you could blame and do a research article on the mothers that allow this. Taking drugs and not taking kids out of abusive homes is a crime against children. And please do not say this was done to you and I don't know how hard life is. Grow up and take charge of your own life. Quit trying to mess up peoples jobs without finding a constructive way to help. Being a two bit paralegal does not qualify you to tell CPS workers how easy their job is.
First let me start by pointing out that this comment was left on my article, D.A and Police Department ask the SBI to investigate Cumberland County DSS. In this article I report how Cumberland County District Attorney, Ed Grannis and the Fayetteville Police Chief, Tom Bergamine have asked the SBI to step in and investigate Cumberland County DSS because they both feel that DSS is failing to disclosed a “complete and accurate record” regarding the case of murdered 5-year-old, Shaniya Davis.
Shaniya was "allegedly" sold into prostitution by her mother Antoinette Davis and then raped and murdered November 10, 2009 by Mario McNeill, the person who her mother "allegedly" sold her to.

The person who wrote this comment shows absolutely no concern over the fact that both the D.A. and Police Chief in Cumberland County feel that valuable information, which could help them prosecute and charge the suspects in this case, is being withheld by DSS. Nor do they show any concern about the fact that this mother had been investigated by DSS before.
What does come through loud and clear in this comment, is that this person is worried that my fight against CPS corruption is endangering social workers jobs...possibly even their own!
...and that they don't like me very much.
I am now going to address this comment piece by piece.

For the record, I do not call for the heads of CPS. What I call for is CPS reform. I advocate for laws that hold CPS accountable when they break the law and transparency so they cannot hide their corruption and wrong doing behind confidentiality laws meant to protect children and families.
Maybe you see what I do as calling for the heads of CPS because you are afraid that with the changes I seek, you will be held accountable for wrong doing and your wrong doings will be made publically visible.
Whatever your issue may be, know this, I will continue to speak out about the corruption in CPS.
Why don't I do a research article on why mothers allow this? (not exactly how you worded it, but it has to make sense in order for me to be able to answer it.)
There are plenty of studies out there about why mothers and fathers hurt their own children. The research that is lacking is why CPS, whose sole purpose is to protect these children, is failing to do so.
Child abuse is why CPS workers have a job! CPS shares the blame in these children's deaths. Child Protective Services was created to protect children from parents like this, when they fail to do their job, follow the law and policies, children die.
It is CPS's job to protect these children; it is my job as a concerned citizen to call for change when the system put into place to protect children is failing in their job.
The charges Social Worker Allison Baker faced, before Wilkes County DSS even hired her. Fraud/Forgery to obtain a controlled Substance....DRUGS

It is clear to me from your comment that you don't know a lot of things, the least of which is how hard life is for the people that CPS abuses their power on. Furthermore, you don't have a clue what these CPS workers are really doing to children and the harm that they are causing with their "criminal" behavior.
Grow up and take charge of your own life.
I am in charge of my own life, but apparently from your comment, you don't like the way I have chosen to live it, especially since my life's goal involves pointing out the corruption in CPS and changing the law to hold them accountable.

Want to talk about growing up and taking charge of your own life.
If a CPS workers job is in jeopardy because I am writing articles about CPS corruption, then I think they are the ones that have "messed up their own job." If said "CPS worker" is doing their job as required by law, then my articles should have no affect on their job security.
On the other hand, if said "CPS worker" is breaking the law and my articles shine a light on their illegal and unethical behavior, and they loose their job and/or are criminally prosecuted, well then, they need to accept responsibility for their own actions. They are, after all, the ones who made the choice not to do their job and/or have chosen to break the law. I merely draw attention to the problem.

So far, no contact. Which doesn't surprise me. CPS agents are gutless, sniveling cowards who cannot compete in the "free marketplace of ideas". They can't compete outside of their structure of TERRORISM.

I can tell the person who made such obnoxious and rude comments is a social worker, GAL or some other "whore of the court" because they seem a little too concerned over job security. Them blaming you for jeopardizing jobs is the is stupid. If social workers are doing their jobs correctly, then they have nothing to fear whatsoever. It's sort of like saying that you're guilty of robbing a bank if you write an article about someone who actually DID commit the robbery. It's asinine and ridiculous. It sounds to me like you have grown up and taken charge of your own life. Nobody wants to be fighting CPS but we don't have a choice because if we don't, then who will? Someone has to raise awareness of just how corrupt CPS, CASA/GALs, state attorneys, judges, etc. has become. No one wants to listen because it shatters that wall of security that they need. CPS is not doing their jobs. It's all about the money. Google ASFA and Title IV-E funding and let it speak for itself.
I left a comment for Really2 also. I hope he/she and the rest of the Gestapo enjoy the unemploment line. If they can't do their job, which we already know they can't, why should our tax dollars fill their dirty pockets? Our children will never forget what our government has done to them. What goes around, comes around!

I find it astounding that this person believes u r guilty of not growing up & costing jobs. I have fought w/ CPS since Oct 2007, had my child back since April 2009, but am still fighting w/ CPS of Onslow County to have my daughter's SSD & medicaid returned to our household for her care. This is one of the incidences of corruption my house hold has fought CPS on. My daughter's SSD is $684.00 per month for 8 1/2 months that is intended for her care, but CPS continues to receive it w/o the right or responsibility to care for my daughter.
Last week I was informed by Onslow County supervisor that they are unsure how this has been allowed to continue. That my daughter's SSD & medicaid should have been returned to our household when my daughter was returned to my care. This supervisor explained she had spoken with the foster care social worker who informed her that she had already told myself that I was on my own in straightening this out as she had made the only call she is required to ma
I wish the people who are so ignorant of the actions of CPS would really read this article and look at the documents attached before making their misinformed conclusions! I know first hand that CPS does not do all they can to protect these preccious children! My youngest son has been constantly abused by his father...PROVEN ACCUSATIONS...and yet they still have put him back in that situation repeatedly! When he goes to his dad's house for visitation, my son literally gets physically sick at the mere thought of having to go! I put him into a counseling program tho which he reports this continued abuse to his psychologist and has told the CPS workers themselves! THANK YOU, Lees for fighting for our children! DSS has already engendered a generation of hatred toward their conduct.
Teens, Granpdarents,KIN, and paralegals are well aware of the *dirty tricks* played by caseworkers and their supervisors to drum up numbers.
Rumor has it that the official records are kept on * sticky notes* outside of the official caseworker notes.

The avenues for corruption are legion within DHR.
Most folks feel CPS has outlived their mission and now spends their time harassing mostly innocent folk who have to prove their innocence.

Shaniya was let down by many people, primarily though by her father, her mother and the CPS...the result of this failing = her rape and murder. I daresay McNeill too was let down by a similar pattern of people in his life, this ia in no way an offer of excuse his actions as i use this to illustrate my first point - Half the battle will be won when people start accepting responsibility for their failings.

You did not scare me away. I like how people get in thier own little bubble and think they are now somehow holier than thou. If you stepped away from your lives you may see what some of your problems are. If a rat lives in the sewer they think the sewer is the best place to live. Which is exactly the message i was attempting to get across in my post.
"Half the battle will be won when people start accepting responsibility for their failings"....not by blaming the "rats" in the sewer, passing the buck is easy, taking responsibility not so - but it is the right thing to do.
Really 2 - it is you who needs to venture out of the bubble, grow a backbone and accept that the CPS failed Shaniya...just like they fail 1000's every year. Stand up and make your voice heard, you know the system is failing.
Note to self: When you post documented proof, some people ignore the evidence and still try to post their own agenda...instead of admitting the truth.
BTW Really2, Any lawyer will tell you that a paralegal knows the law better than they do, since they are the ones that do all of the research and briefs for the lawyer.
