Are you a creative force looking for an opportunity to have your work juried and judged? If so, the Abernathy Arts Center is calling for your entries in A Juried Exhibit.
The contest is open to all Georgia residents 18 years of age or older with an artistic specialty in mediums such as oils, acrylics, watercolors, mixed media, drawings, pastels, photography, pottery, sculpture, printmaking, or wood.
Artists are allowed to enter three pieces of original artwork created with the past three years. The entry fee is $35.00 and the deadline for entry is Tuesday, March 19, 2013.
The jurors are Jacob Gunter (Education Director & Gallery Coordination at Binders Art Supplies), and Lauren Bernazza (Program Director at Abernathy Arts Center). The judge will be Anne Lambert Tracht (President of Consult Art Inc.).
The following awards will be given:
Best in Show – $1,000
First Place – $500
Second Place – $200
Third Place – $100
