Are you the next "Top Chef?" Bravo TV casting directors will be in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday, Nov. 11, to cast for chefs for the seventh season of the hit cable television show. Auditions will be held at Chef Kent Rathbun's Abacus restaurant on McKinney Avenue from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Unpack your knives and get ready to wow casting directors with your culinary expertise for a chance to win the six-figure grand prize moolah (to start your own restaurant, of course), a feature in Food & Wine Magazine and an appearance at the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen, Colo.
All levels of experience and backgrounds are welcome to audition -- including self-taught, trained professionals, a recent culinary school graduate, line cook, non-professional chef or busy stay-at-home mom.
If you have a passion for creating delicious cuisine, Bravo TV casting producers want to meet you. For more information and to download an application, go to BravoTV.com/contestants.

Comments
I'm definitely not Top Chef material (too slow, and just a bit too sane) but I cannot wait to cheer on a local chef (or two) again!
Definitely not material for auditioning, but seriously excited to hear there will be another season. It's one of my favorite shows on TV.
