Callaway Gardens School of Needle Arts

Show off or sharpen your talents at the 2010 Callaway Gardens School of Needle Arts. Callaway Gardens will host this annual event January 10-20. This program is a nationally recognized needlepoint school. This 10-day event consists of class taught by qualified instructors, a boutique with needlework supplies, and an outstanding bookstore. There will also be an exhibit sponsored by The Georgia Chapter Embroiderer’s Guild of America displayed a juried show of participants’ work and the ribbon winners. The Georgia Chapter also hosts a Mechandise Night where venders sell the newest in needlework tools, beads, wearable art, and much more.
Each teacher participating in the school is responsible for creating the piece taught in their class, drawing the pattern, writing the instructions, and choosing the threads. The finished products are always beautiful.
To register for these classes call 1-800-7-NEEDLE (763-3353), email the coordinator of the program at, or visit
