Call of Duty: Ghosts is almost upon us! Being released in two weeks, the title is a sure fire hit, regardless of public perception of the franchise. As we get closer to release, in-game details regarding some of the unseen multiplayer maps are starting to trickle out onto the internet from early adopters of the game.
The leaked footage today shows off a map titled "Warhawk;" a tight, close quarter map that takes place in what seems to be a mid-western style town. A map with very little verticality, Warhawk seems to focus on QCB over all out power positions within the map. As an added bonus the player is also running the new variant of the specialist package, an option first seen in Modern Warfare 3 and since adjusted for Call of Duty: Ghosts with the perk value system in mind.
Lastly, the player has also obtained a KEM Strike; a twist on the Tactical Nuke and M.O.A.B from previous Infinity Ward titles. This time, the 25 point streak (not kill streak) also causes some dynamic changes within the map, forcing players to adapt in real time. Call of Duty: Ghosts will be available for current platforms on November 5th.
