‘Call of Duty: Ghosts’ latest title update adds new leaderboards, available now

Console versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts received a new title update on Thursday which fixed a number of issues as well as added a few features to Infinity Ward’s latest entry in the popular first-person shooter. The developer posted the full patch notes for the update on Feb 20 which affects the Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360, and PS3 editions of the game.

The newly released update adds leaderboards for Call of Duty: Ghosts’ Gun Game as well as extra functionality for the Call of Duty App. Additionally, to make in-game purchases easier, a link directly to the store can now be found from within customization menus to encourage players to buy new skins.

This week’s patch also introduces several performance tweaks in hopes of provide players with a smoother experience. Lag has been reduced when the most migrates or changes classes. For those who play local split-screen, there should be less graphical issues and connecting a second controller should now not cause the first controller to become lost.

Call of Duty: Ghosts is out now on Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U. The newest title update is available now for all platforms except PC and Nintendo’s Wii U. A full listing of the update’s patch notes have been provided by Infinity Ward.
