A new title update was made available for all versions of Call of Duty: Ghosts on Monday which introduces new features and balance tweaks to Infinity Ward’s popular first-person shooter. Activision announced the new update on Dec 23, the same day in which the hotfix was released for the Xbox One, PS4, PC, Xbox 360, and PS3.
Monday’s update introduced the new Heavy Duty mode which increases player health. Additionally, players are granted five squad points each time they level for the first five levels. Those who enjoy playing with sniper rifles might be a little upset, however, as the hotfix provided a couple of reductions in sniper functionality. Furthermore, players are now granted 100 experience when picking up field orders. Lastly, a few bugs have been fixed which should prevent users from being able to become invisible or receive infinite perks.
Call of Duty: Ghosts is out now on Xbox 360, Playstation 3, PC, Xbox One, and Playstation 4. The latest title update is now available to download on all systems.
