‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 2’ Revolution DLC coming to PS3 this month (Photos)

Treyarch announced yesterday that the first DLC add-on for “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2,” Revolution, will officially be releasing on the Playstation 3 on Feb. 28. Revolution is currently already out for Xbox 360, which has left PS3 owners simply waiting for their turn to play the DLC.

The Revolution DLC for “Call of Duty: Black Ops 2” adds new maps for players to battle within inside the game’s multiplayer mode. The add-on also gives fans an additional map for the zombie mode of the game, as well as the ability to play as a zombie in a new game type. Lastly, Revolution comes with the first weapon ever added to a “Call of Duty” title through DLC, The Peacekeeper.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 2” is currently out on the Xbox 360, Playstation 3, and Nintendo’s Wii U. The game’s first DLC add-on, Revolution, is out now on Xbox Live and will become available over the Playstation Network on Feb. 28.
