Call of Duty Black Ops 2 double XP for February 22nd through 25th

Most who play Call of Duty know of the famous Double XP weekends, and this weekend, February 22nd to the 25th, is a grand one. Level up now for the PS3 and PC release of the Revolution DLC.

Get your level up and be ready for full tactical advantage on the new maps with all weapons and equipment, and get the perfect pairing with the Peacekeeper to level it up for Diamond.

Double XP also means Nuketown 2025 will be returning, but is only available to players who have purchased the Nuketown 2025 DLC. Players either love or hate Nuketown for its small space and close proximity that allow a multitude of kills. Anyone looking for a good kill streak should visit Nuketown 24/7, and bring a high score streak.

An SMG or assault rifle will offer a good rate of fire and a decent range to quickly dispatch enemies while staying alive long enough to get what ever kill/score streak one is trying to achieve. For the coveted Nuclear Killer challenge (30 kills without dying), try using a gun that is weapon prestige 2 max level and is very comfortable. This goes for all challenges, but Nuclear Killer requires quick timing and careful movements.

Beware of spawn campers, quickly kill them with an SMG or shotgun. There will be quite a few spawn campers, but don't become too angry or it will be difficult to concentrate. Try using explosives and light machine guns with FMJ if simple attacks with an SMG or shotgun don't work. If a sentry gun or guardian is suppressing an area, use an EMP grenade or Blackhat to destroy them.

Team work will help for any place where one finds themselves pinned down. Work with teammates to find a solution. Make a party and play with friends to make sure everyone has a coordinating load-out that will allow the team to play with a good balance.

Remember, this is double XP and it only lasts this weekend, and only players with Nuketown 2025 can access the Nuketown 24/7 play list.
