David Beckham's lawyers are preparing to serve Irma Nici and In Touch magazine with a $25 million lawsuit. The lawsuit comes as a result of an article published by In Touch magazine accusing David Beckham of having a threesome with call-girl Irma Nici. Up to this point, Nici has remained steadfast in her claims, and has continued to shop her story to other magazines.
Beckham continues to deny the accusations, claiming that the malicioius story was an attempt to "inflict emotional distress upon" him.
