Guild Quality is a company committed to bringing customer service information to the Atlanta public to help them choose the best homebuilders, remodelers and home service contractors for their specific needs. This company has now launched a brand new award program, the Service Excellence Award, which will recognize one company for outstanding service in the Atlanta area.
A New Award for Service
The Service Excellence Award is geared directly to Atlanta companies in the housing industry. Companies can submit their names for consideration through an online form at the company website. Guild Quality will contact the last 50 customers for each of those companies and interview them on the quality of service they received from the builder or contractor. Guild Quality will then analyze all of the data returned to determine which company receives the first annual Service Excellence Award. The winner will be announced in January, 2013, and will also be promoted on the Guild Quality website.
About Guild Quality
Guild Quality offers information about companies in the housing industry, based on customer feedback about the various companies. In addition to posting customer surveys on the company’s website, Guild Quality uses the information they receive to issue annual awards to housing businesses that show excellence in quality service and production. The annual Guildmaster Awards have been recognized as an indication of high quality companies for some time and can be used as a marketing point for the companies that receive the award.
The annual Guildmaster award works in a similar fashion to the new Service Excellence Award the company will be presenting in January. Businesses in the housing industry can submit their names for consideration, and then Guild Quality will survey customers of the business directly about the quality of service they received. Companies that get less than 20 out of 50 responses are not considered eligible for the award. Guild Quality also posts the application for 120 days, allowing additional customers to respond to the application that may not be on the company’s list. Companies must also be a member of Guild Quality to be eligible for an award.
Guild Quality Winner
For example, Jeff Benton Homes, a company based in Huntsville, Alabama, was the recipient of the 2012 Guildmaster Award for exceptional customer satisfaction. The company now posts the recognition on their website to indicate they are serious about providing the highest level of service to their customers. The company was one of 200 recognized nationwide by Guild Quality this year, after receiving an approval rating of 90 percent or higher from all of the Jeff Benton customers that were surveyed.
This year, Guild Quality is specifically on the lookout for an Atlanta company for its new Service Excellence Award. Entries will be accepted through October 15, and Guild Quality will then announce the winner three months later, after careful analysis of the results.
