"Californication" is ready to return to Channel 240 in Tempe. On Wednesday, Jan. 9, Spoiler TV shared the photos released for "Californication" episode 6.02 titled "Quitters." Hank is taking his book to the stage in season six of this Showtime series. However, the series will first have to deal with the events that happened at the end of season five. His ex tried to kill him. A sneak peek released for the episode shows Hank waking up in the hospital, and Karen is there when he wakes up. He immediately tries to tell her what happened with Carrie, but she isn't too interested in hearing it.
As for the musical element of the season, David Duchovny spoke about that in a recent interview. He said the following, according to Spoiler TV:
"Even though with RZA Hank was kind of in the rap world, he was kind of an interloper. But this is more of a rock & roll year, and that's where Hank lives. One of the fun things for me is I started to teach myself guitar last year, and Tom Kapinos knows that I was learning, so he threaded through the year little bits where Hank had to play guitar so I had to keep getting better and taking lessons."
