The State Bar of California will hold its annual hearings on attorney disciplinary procedures, attorney competency and admissions procedures in December. The hearings will be held in San Francisco and Los Angeles.
The purpose of the hearings is to provide an opportunity for members of the public and the legal profession to make proposals or offer comments regarding the attorney discipline process, the admissions process or the maintenance or improvement of attorney competence.
Two hearings will be conducted:
San Francisco
Wednesday, December 7, 10 a.m.

Tuesday, December 13, 10 a.m.
