California lottery jackpot at $19 million

The SuperLotto Plus jackpot for Feb. 6 has reached $19 million, the California Lottery Commission announced Wednesday.

The estimated after-tax value of the jackpot is $13.5 million.

Drawings take place every Wednesday and Saturday after ticket selling ends at 7:45 p.m. PST.

The jackpot was at $18 million on Feb. 2, but no one bought tickets that matched the winning jackpot numbers.

Two tickets were drawn for $30,548; one each in San Francisco and Glendale.

Prizes range in size from $1 to the jackpot prize.

"Pick five lucky numbers from 1 to 47 and one MEGA number from 1 to 27 on a SuperLotto Plus playslip," according to the rules of play. "Or, play randomly generated numbers with Quick Pick."

Tickets cost $1 each.
