On May 25th, the Attorney General for the state of California has begun an inquiry on former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger into possible misuse of tax payer funds while in office to help cover up sexual affairs.
In a report given by a hotel security official, then Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was seen using CHP officers to provide transportation for 'scantily clad women' in and out of his Hyatt Regency Suite in Sacramento.
The Californian Attorney General will conduct what’s being termed an “inquiry” into former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger’s alleged misuse of tax payer funds to cover up sexual liaisons.
Veteran hotel security officer William Taylor said he witnessed the “Governator” using California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers and vehicles to ferry scantily-clad women in-and-out of his suite at the Sacramento Hyatt Regency where he and wife Maria Shriver often stayed. – Radaronline.com
This shocking inquiry comes just one week after another international figure, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, was arrested in New York City for alleged rape and sodomy charges which within days led to his resignation as head of the IMF.
Besides these new allegations, Arnold Schwarzenegger recently told the public about his affair with a long time staff member, and the child she bore from that relationship.
However, for the citizens of California, the use of their tax payer money to provide security and escort services will lead to many more questions regarding fiscal abuse by the Governor while he was in office. In today's society, sexual relationships in and out of marriage are not held as stringently by the American people as in the past, but when a state such as California remains in a financial budget crisis, the revelation of any potential fraud and use of state funds for personal activities will be just as damning to the individual.
As the revelation comes to bear of the Attorney General of California beginning an inquiry into the possible misuse of tax payer money, and public officials by former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to hide sexual affairs while in office, the media pressure is sure to increase to see if there was other abuses or fraud occurring, and any other concerns of fiscal irresponsibility.
