I recently spoke with Brandi and here is what she had to say, " I loved being challenged to do new things and love it when my customers give me creative freedom when they order. I have done some of my best work that way. I think I am best know for my sculpted or 3d cakes. I would definitely have to say one of my top flavors would be my Carmel Apple Spice. It has a homeade carmel filling and cinnamon buttercream. When I sold my gourmet cupcakes at the farmer's market it wasn't always one people would choose at first but once they had it they always got more the next time. For Chocolate lover's I make this chocolate extreme. Chocolate cake, chocolate buttercream and a very decadent chocolate ganache center. Lemon is also popular, especially in spring time, nice and bright with a lemon curd filling. A very elegant wedding flavor is white chocolate raspberry, but I would have to say one of my top sellers, especially at the farmers market was my peanut butter cup. Chocolate cake, with a creamy peanut butter filling and buttercream but if you are doing a special order you could do a chocolate buttercream instead!"
Busy B Bakery is growing in numbers with a following of over 150 people on Facebook after being relaunched a week ago.
