'Cake Boss' finds 'A Cowboy in Hoboken' on TLC

Last night's episode of "Cake Boss" it is Ashley's first day at work in Buddy's bakery. Tim McGraw's Italian mother came to visit Buddy to have a special cake made. She explained that Tim does lots of things for people, and his favorite is military families. He teamed up with "Operation Homefront," and to each city he visits, they are giving a home to either an active military family or veteran. He does a pre-party show meet and greet, and one of the families is getting a house. Buddy will be making a cake in tribute to Tim's surprise to the family. He will be making a pickup truck cake with Tim driving a house in the back of the truck and handing the keys out of the window of the truck. He is replicating the house the couple will be getting.

The next people coming in for a cake are Spanish. They are getting ready for their baby daughter's quinceanera, or Sweet 15 party. Buddy showed off his Spanish/Italian/English and communicated with the father and mother aided by the help of their other daughter.

When Ashley arrives, she meets up with Marissa, the last season's winner. Buddy christened her with a pie in the face. He also told her that the staff would be giving her a hard time, and that Marissa is no longer the "Next Great Baker." The crew all got a chance to give Ashley the pie in the face, led by Anthony.

The quinceanera cake was beautiful and corresponded with her dress and highlighted her shoe. In this ceremony, the father puts the shoes on his daughter and then dances with her, so the shoes are very important and a focal point of the cake. At the party, she was thrilled; the cake was the highlight of the party.

For the Tim McGraw party, Buddy brought his nephew Robert, on the delivery. He also got him tickets for Tim's concert that night. Robert is in the same fraternity as Tim and Buddy challenged him to get a picture of he and Tim wearing Tim's hat. If he could not, Buddy would shave his head. Because Tim did not do this, Buddy only used the clipper on level three and did not go all the way. Frat brothers or not; a cowboy does not remove his hat.

When Buddy brought in the cake, they also presented the home to the deserving family who were brought to tears, along with all in attendance. It was an awesome moment for Buddy and his family of the "Cake Boss."
