Cadillac Hotel to present a special free Holiday Concert

See also

This Friday the Cadillac Hotel will offer a special Holiday Concert of seasonal favorites as the next free performance in the Concerts at the Cadillac series. As was the case at last year’s seasonal gig, the featured vocalist will be Margo LeDuc. Once again she will be backed up by Jeffrey Chin on piano, leading a trio consisting of Sam Bevan on bass and Marc Lee on drums. The audience will also be invited to participate in a carol sing and the end of the concert.

LeDuc will perform with the Jeffrey Chin Trio in the lobby of the Cadillac Hotel (380 Eddy Street at the corner of Leavenworth Street) this coming Friday, December 6, at 12:30 p.m. Chin will perform on the hotel’s meticulously restored 1884 Steinway Model D concert grand. With the partial support of the North of Market/Tenderloin Community Benefit District, this concert is offered free of charge by the hotel as a gift to the people of the Tenderloin. The Cadillac calls itself “The House of Welcome Since 1907;” and all are definitely welcome to this free jazz opportunity.
