Cadillac ATS wins 'Car of the Year'

A panel of 49 auto critics has chosen the Cadillac ATS 2013 as ‘North American Car of the Year,’ Jan. 14, 2013, at the Detroit Auto Show, according to The Washington Post. GM came through, winning over finalist competitors, Ford Fusion and Honda Accord 2013.

The Cadillac ATS is built in Lansing, Michigan, and rolled off the assembly line for resale July, 2012.

The Cadillac ATS is a compact luxury vehicle that is very appealing. The BMW 3 series is its competitor. December, 2012 showed the strength of the ATS by selling 3,000 vehicles, making it the second highest selling vehicle in its brand.

The Cadillac ATS 2013 deserves all the glory and praise due for beauty, style and competitiveness.

An American sports sedan that can compete with the European brands. GM must be blushing from ear to ear over their new baby.

That’s not the only good news for US Automakers, the 2013 Chrysler Ram 1500 pickup was selected at the ‘North American Truck of the Year.’

For 2013, GM and Chrysler have new bragging rights.
