CAAM Fest 2014 begins next week

Film festival season has officially begun! Next up; the Center for Asian American CAAM Fest 2014 with showings in San Francisco, Oakland and Berkeley.

The eleven day festival, formerly known as the San Francisco International Asian American Film Festival, will present more than one hundred films as well as music and local foods. The festival works to share the experience and diversity of Asian American experiences to a local audience.

The festival will kick off next week with a special showing of "Six Inch Heels" at the Castro Theater and an opening night gala at the Asian Art Museum.

The festival will run March 13 through March 23. Tickets for the general public are up for sale today.
