C Scott Design honors war veterans at the Fashion Show fundraiser Nov 19@4pm

C Scott Design (fashion designer), Thomas Shelton (hair stylist) and Andrea (makeup artist) invite you to honor and support war veterans at the Wounded Warrior Project Benefit Fashion Show on November 19 from 4-7 pm. 

The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) is a nonprofit organization that supports veterns who served in conflict zones in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations around the world. WWP empowers the wounded to adjust well in the community.

Scott (C. Scott Design) is honored to be part of this fundraiser. `My brother went to war and came back...and I am thrilled to be able to support the veterans through creativity and wearable designs`. Scott presents a daring collection of 38 garments inspired by powerful women who touched his live. `Each dress you see on the runway represents a person in my life - my aunt who raised me as her own son, my grandmother - fashionista to the core, who passed away 3 years ago, and many more who have helped me shape my artistic vision`, he adds.

The Show kicks off with a cocktail reception hour at 4 p.m., followed by a runway extravaganza at 5 p.m. Then, meet the fashion creators themselves at 6 p.m. and conclude your evening with a gourmet dinner at 7 p.m.

Teatro Goldoni, 2010 Rammy Nominee for Power Spot of the Year, located at 1909 K Street NW, will dazzle you with a beautiful decore and exquisite dinner menu.
