The Work of Byron Katie is a revolutionary way to deal with the beliefs that keep you from living in total freedom. It involves asking four simple questions that can transform your life. In this course, with her humor and lovingly incisive clarity, Katie will introduce you to The Work.
Freedom is the birthright of us all. It is our natural state. When the mind is at peace with itself, when it has thoroughly questioned the stressful stories that are the cause of all the suffering in the world, you naturally and effortlessly act with intelligence and kindness. This is not just a theory. It is the way things are.
“Katie’s events are riveting to watch,” the Times of London reported, “and not just because people are baring their souls. Katie's laser-like tough love burns away all illusions.” Eckhart Tolle, the bestselling author of The Power of Now said, “Byron Katie’s Work is a blessing for our planet. It acts like a razor-sharp sword that cuts through illusions and enables you to know for yourself the timeless essence of your being.” And Time magazine named Katie a “spiritual innovator for the new millennium.”
