With season 3 of "Orange is the New Black" currently being filmed there has been much talk over the cast, plot and pretty much anything and everything having to do with Netflix's breakout show. One cast member is causing quite the stir with his latest (unfortunate) news.

Pablo Schreiber confirmed that his love-to-hate character, Pornstache, will not be making any appearances next season.

Telling The New York Post, "I'm not taking part in the third season." I'm a member of a show called The Brink that's going to be on HBO. It's a half-hour comedy with Jack Black and Tim Robbins and me [as] the three leads. I'm really excited about it."

Not everyone, however, is "excited about it." Fans of the Netflix original show were immediately outraged by his character's exit, causing the talented actor to do some major explaining.

After the news broke he clarified his statements via twitter. "For all the over-reactors: Just bc P-Stache won't be on Season 3, doesnt mean we won't see him again..." he tweeted.

Phew, so there is hope that he'll bring back his villainous prison guard one day. Audiences last saw his character being taken away as he is being falsely accused of impregnating one of the inmates (Dascha Polanco). Hopefully his reappearance will be sooner rather than later, everyone loves a good villain.

What are you thoughts on this shakeup? Are you saying good-riddance to the exit of his character or will you miss simultaneously loving and hating the evil prison guard?
