Major Nelson (Larry Hryb) has just announced another reason to get in to the Xbox One sooner than later, specifically for racing fans or those looking to show off some of the best visuals currently available on next gen. Forza Motorsport 5 will be bundled as a digital code with Xbox One purchases for a limited time according to Nelson's Twitter and blog post.
While the details on which retailers are slim and officially only listed as "select retailers" gamers looking to take advantage of this deal should look to typical outlets like Amazon, Best Buy, and Gamestop. Forza 5 is also one of the highest rated launch titles for the Xbox One.
While the decision to launch multiple promotional bundles to appeal to more than one group is indeed an intelligent one on Microsoft's part, some voiced their opinions in direct reply to Hryb's tweet regarding buying the new console less than 6 months ago and receiving no such benefits.
Examiner also reached out to Hryb to see if those purchasing the Titanfall bundle would also be receiving the code for Forza, but received no response at the time of publishing.
