This Valentine’s Day, give yourself a gift that’s good for your mind and your heart by buying yourself some new workout music. Listening to music that is different from your everyday mix will stop you from getting bored and incentivize you to get your blood pumping--which, in turn, leads to lower blood pressure, better lung efficiency and decreased cholesterol. Now that’s a valentine that will do everyone’s heart good. Literally.
