Everyone wants that bootylicious butt. With these four simple butt lift exercises you can lift, tone and firm up your butt. These exercises can all be done without any weights or equipment. That tush will be banging in no time!
1. Hip lifts: Lay flat on your back lift one leg and hips off the ground hold for 10-20 sec then switch legs. Repeat.
2. Spider planks: Start out in the push-up position, the lift left arm and right leg off the ground, hold for 10-20 then switch arm and leg. Repeat.
3. Lunges: Start by having one leg positioned forward with knee bent with foot flat on the floor. Lunge forward then return. Repeat.
4. Squats: Start by standing with feet shoulder width apart, bend knees to a sitting position with back straight, then return to standing position. Repeat.
