Indiana held on until two minutes left in the half with some good defense, it looked as if The Hoosiers would be down 1-0 with time to regroup in the locker room. The Bulldogs had other plans. The clock was down to 2:15 left to the half when Jacob Capito fired a shot from 30 yards that soard just above Luis Soffner's outstretched hands. Indiana didn't have time to recover and 41 seconds later,  Butler's Tyler Pollock hammered home another goal to go ahead 3-0.

"I think we somewhat spiraled after that first goal, tonight we made some decisions that were not the best. But this group is still learning. Our guys are ready to move on."

"They made plays and capitalized on the chances they were given, they are a nice team and a very confident group. They were well organized tonight."
