Butch McGuire's Big A** Bacon Burger satisfies a Chicago appetite

It's not as though Butch McGuire’s, located right in the middle of the Clark and Division nightlife corridor, suffers a dearth of locals and tourists to its haunt. Many flock to Butch’s to sample their beer list and see if it is THE place to get lucky. You may not realize that Butch offers some great vittles, too.

Bobby’s Big A** Bacon Burger is one beefy burger that'll hit the spot on a cold winter day.

Bobby’s Big A** Bacon Burger, named after Butch’s son Bobby McGuire, is a tasty tower of two eight ounce certified angus patties, thick-cut onion rings, cheddar cheese and bacon. Lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle are available to top it off. Side it with Butch’s Beer of the Month (January beer of the month is Magic Hat #9 for $5/pint) or another brew off of the extensive beer list.

Not in the mood for a burger? Try a Guinness bratwurst, shaved prime rib sandwich, a black bean burger or fish 'n' chips. The kitchen says open 'til midnight.
