Un-equal employment whether in wages, working conditions and/or labor tactics is what has brought out such concepts as slavery, at-will employment, and corporate irresponsibility. This incompetence is due to a lack of fair and open competitive natures existing in such a society, those capable are not being selected due to the self-interest of only a few who see capable individuals as competition. Thus they limit the ability of this opposition, restricting these individuals’ freedoms. This is why Milton Freidman was talking about “Freedom first, equality second,” imposing then with freedom individuals could prove their worth and gain for it. This presentation to the world, a self-promotion of individual standards and societies acceptance of such, allows for better review, better competition to exist.
The restrictions on freedom leads to only corruption within the money supply, the longer it is allowed the more pronounced and overwhelming it becomes. Those allowed to gain freedom have to do so only at the willingness of the old authority, thus control is achieved. But with this comes the inability to see the new developments and innovations or how to use them, so progress is marked to slower rates as less viral interactions exist. Those managers, who see their subordinates doing what they can not, seemly amazed at this progress and realize the education they have is lacking. Rather than gain this new skill, it becomes far easier to simply keep control of the subordinate and force more actions out than gain admit new resources are needed.
Managerial deception maintains this conduct to develop the idea of sub-standard levels existing on the lower classes. Thus taking actions at pushing lower classes to limits and outside the controls offered, increasingly away from support through the money supply. More individuals are not accepted or allowed to develop, less become motivated and directed to take positions within the middle classes. Thus only a few in the middle class are capable to continue new viral interactions, the rest are simply deceiving others into belief they can. Remember those in control consider resources to be finite; this includes the labor force and employment opportunities. The more the lower class individuals develop to take higher paying jobs the more competition exists for those same jobs. As the employment opportunities become limited, the more incompetence that exist the more fears exist to losing so much already gain through deceit. The money supply interacts as it does not allow lower class individuals to consider making changes to the money concentrations it has already established. This stresses the infrastructure the money concentration has already secured, as more efficient means occur. The old money concentrations see this as a threat and force even more restrictions on the lower classes to stop the competitive efficiency presented.
Thus both the lack of funds to promote individuals into a middle class status and relief from competitive stress allows incompetence to run markets and politics with the money supply buying their way. This is so prevalent today it can not even be hidden, worse is those corrupted are not even attempting to hide anymore. Blatantly acting without regard to any restrictions, but protection is offered none-the-less by those of this same group. Each protecting the other, as they see such a requirement to be part or a member of this little group, for if one falls they all will have to react to keep from being taken with the loss. Politic society rules apply, to insure future business operations one does not insult those acting as such. Instead business continues even when one knows all is corrupt; it becomes the standard until that some society is willing to openly talk about the situation. Once again, only the freedom to talk and act stops the incompetent and corrupt managerial operations, but it takes a wiliness to talk. The risk of speaking out and being rejected by polite society ranks for stating their ugly truths.
This group has integrated to all measures of society’s authorities and strategic controls for protection. Attempting to win against what is considered opposition, by limiting others abilities, even to speak peacefully and gain legal regress. The world has seen reactions to this during the last year, as realizations sweep through a worldwide workforce of being exploited and abused. Seeing and understanding these tactics are the same used by tyrants, criminals and invading armies throughout our human history, some have taken to actions. The concepts they put into use first is to understand from the beginning before action is done, thereby acting in the best regard.
