Poverty is growing; the economic and legal infrastructure meant to provide for everyone’s needs has been turned into a technology trap. The mainstream chain stores will be effected even more than most, the reality of small business operations offering more hope is already being seen. These events are offering new possibilities based on permaculture designs, bringing out more prosperity and hope to those in need. One would think governments would support individuals offering self-sustaining actions, but in fact the political ideology is offended. Simply put, those who offer to support themselves will change the world and the global civilization created by mainstream politics. Such is an offense to the same political ideology which dictates less value for individuals outside their own ideology; political bigotry is on the way out and becoming increasingly afraid.
Advancing with technology has developed a trap, the more we use it the less we develop other resources in ourselves. As the collective knowledge is offered to the masses and generations become accustomed to using such, it is easier to offer more technology every time. As marginal utility speaks, with each new technological advance there is less value passed to the consumers. Thus every new offer reduces the technology’s value to society as a whole, only by individuals offering to have value themselves does this calculation change. And it is with this evaluation the major chain stores are become more affected, as the cost of maintaining technology infrastructure increases with each technology improvement. Thus redeveloping to met changes needed for the future cost more the older the infrastructure is, even if there is a demand it takes time to build the supply.
Mainstream ideology has been upon building bigger; cities therefore have continued to grow as the technology to afford such has been offered. But this is a problem, for those inside the cities are not providing for themselves, instead the larger the cities the more supplies have to be brought in from further away. This imposes upon those outside the cities to provide means above the self-sufficient level, offering the excess to all those in the cities in need. The larger the urban population, the more the rural regions are stressed to produce larger amounts, and the more exchanges are incurred to reach the urban environments. But here is another problem, the more exchanges involved the more profit is taken out, thus leaving less in value for the final consumer. With only 10% profit received each time, after ten transactions there is no value left.
The permaculture designs sustainable living means based on the best available information and the most benefit gained for each individual, prosperity achieved by prior planning in a design. The impact this culture makes on environment is less, as the impact is planned prior to taking action and action is for the long-term. Diverse backgrounds in multiple fields mean many individuals can come together to develop more resources as each develops them on their own. But the entire society is structured to support this diversity, not on a global scale with excesses but on a local scale for survival. Governments do not support the individuals looking to gain self-sustaining actions, political ideologies are meant to collect authority.
As seen in the last few years, global governments are becoming more concerned over urban needs rather than the rural stresses created to meet those needs. Currently seen in Syria, this has resulted in one revolution after another, with the rural environments ability to sustain longer than the urban environments. Also seen last year were the elections in Russia, where the demographics of urban and rural stresses played a large effect in elections. The global seeking governments need large cities and business organizations to take control of resources easier. Changes are coming from around the world, the economic impact has shown fewer developments in bigger businesses, while smaller businesses are redeveloping the entire economic spectrum.
Those offering to provide better self-service support are redeveloping the means to gain resource advantages, this by the younger generations seeking better lives. But it will come with a cost, the heavy infrastructure developed over time for bigger organizations will have to go, this to free up the resources needed for new organizations to build with. Considering the theory of limited resources, we can only restart economic growth if we first destroy those infrastructures continuing to fail and use this to rebuild the newer ones. We can not create means or resources, unless we first have something to work with so the older infrastructures must release these resources as they die off. But political ideology has become chained to older infrastructures, and removal threatens this same political ideology.
This is seen as an offense by those operating the ideology; as such regulations and restrictions are conveniently placed upon those same newer organizations to hold them back. This places an unfair advantage within the older organizations, limiting the newer organizations means to gain faster transactions rates. It is with faster transactions rates any organization or individual gains more economic benefits, the slower these transactions are, the slower the economic benefits received. Until transaction rates are allowed to move forward at equal speed to others, the entire spectrum will remain as is---moving only as fast as the slowest member can it takes time to build.
