Business is certainly defined as, “Finding, identifying, and maintaining clients.” I can think of no other definition that sums it up so concisely.
That said, how does one put such a plan into operation? Like all aspects of our lives it has to be “lived” We can’t “pre-judge” who these clients will be; it’s difficult to forecast the “lifetime value of a client.” We simply adopt those qualities and values in ourselves that will foster that best “outcomes” and go about our tasks day by day, giving our all, doing our best.
We can’t guarantee “success” but we can guarantee we’ll do our part. Communicating our intentions to everyone we encounter … “Walking the walk”
I ran across a 3 min video on YouTube that sums this concept up very well, it’s a TV commercial from Thailand with English “sub-titles” … if you’re like me you’ll need to watch it a couple of times because the acting is compelling, the story realistic and your eyes will drift up and you’ll miss the translation.
“Pay it forward” I hope will take on a new meaning for you.
Best of everything to you … until we meet again.
