Restriction are in favor of those whose interest have the collective authority already, individuals in need freedom to maneuver and construct lives, this empowers the collective. But ideology whether from politics or theory can become all consuming, the more prominent austerity is forced upon the opposition the less means there is to avoid the violence clashes. All sides must be willing to discuss the matters at hand in an open and free challenge to find a resolution directing less violence. Increases in homeland security forces are indicating many governmental leaders will not allow this, the political authorities are seeing oppositions as dangerous, gripped in such fears they are not allowing maneuvering. Thus the instigation of attacks is felt as against those who have given no reason for violence, the ideology maintained as the only course for all, and real battles are already being laid out in the mindset of this industry.
Collective authority often forgets, it is the many individuals who are willing to offer such loyalty to the collective which gives it authority at all. It is important this public recognizes and is allowed to maintain the balance, as individuals have needs and the collective gains rights to usage. But as individuals, the public needs to determine for itself the facts and issues which are important to each individual, and maneuver to support these same issues. It is in the mind of individuals the public authority retains permission or loses its existence, thus it is this same mind where support must originate to take action with authority at all. Austerity means retain public control only forcing the political ideology and agendas upon all, even if none want it. And by forcing the public, individuals have seen they do not want this, so governments are in need of more security and protections for those in public positions, as they disregard the represented individuals.
The requirements of increased security levels weed out individuals who offer opposing ideology to the centralized control, any industry is built as ideology controls the monetary flow. Governments already control monetary funds so infrastructure can form whatever this control wants, even if it is more violence. Controlling governments direct the monetary flow per the personal agendas and ideology they continue to gain reports from, thus forming a continual reasoning to keep building on the same. Where ideology is not countered or questioned it builds as it chooses and takes whatever it wants, thus privacy is not longer an option for the opposition. The modern world offers control and finances through communication with others, but this communication is controlled as well. The confidence to openly discuss matters avoids desperation becoming violent, building an industry to direct no public discussions only makes more desperation.
For thousands of years humans have offered their words to give hope and help to others who seek the truth, these words are still there to do the same. Among them, again and again we hear the theme, violence is not needed it is only fear determined by a few. The need to surpass these few, who see no future without them in control, is offered by other means, to produce freedom and decrease violence. Once individuals gain authority by ideology and surround themselves with the same thoughts, the need comes to maintain total control. Political forces assure themselves of protections, but offer fewer protections to individuals this authority is to represent.
Reacting to their own generated fears, the political authority reels with emotional feelings over one failure after another to direct the public with plans that fail. It is not effective to the needs and means individuals must have to maneuver in society, and offers no social network to gain a life from. The majority becomes aware of how political ideology will protect itself, but not offer the same protections to that majority. Opposing theory is controlled but this demands stress, which produces a sacrifice granted to offer a new theory above the rest. Seeing the opposition developing a challenge, more fear grips the heart of ideology to force more austerity without reason, but only by the political machinery to gain more power.
Governmental agencies have been converting to private organizations, so there are less public controls and more inclinations for private agendas within the homeland security industry. This same industry wanting to build more infrastructures around ideology it promotes, to assure dependency of financial gains from the violence it makes come alive. The dependency becomes the all consuming addiction, offering no thought outside of keeping this ideology alive and industry operational. Survival is dependant on determining the influences we believe are most important, not being consumed by the ideology to point accusations for self-promotion. The use of force has been accepted before against the majority which wants the truth, but has not stopped that truth from being found.
The real battles are in the mindset of those individuals who believe, whether it is on one side or the other, so long as there is a mind the body follows it. But individuals have minds, not collectives, they only gain intelligence by what is put in and closed systems do not accept new intelligence. Thus the homeland security forces are looking to increase in number and size, seeing themselves as the only answer to drastic problems they cause. And the more they force austerity upon others, the more violence becomes the only answer, so this industry will increase in size so long as political authority accepts it.
