This is the day all beer geeks in Colorado Springs have been waiting for!  At 10:45 this morning the ribbon was cut at Colorado Mountain Brewery, officially opening the doors - and the taps - to the public! 

Regular operating hours at CMB are Sunday through Thursday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, then Friday and Saturday from 11:00am to 12:00am.  If you can't make it down today, get down there soon.  I'll be swinging by for a personal visit sometime this weekend.


I see a red one, a white one, a yellow one... SLUG BUG!

On Saturday afternoon (12:00pm - 4:00pm), Bristol Brewing will be holding their Third Annual Buses at the Brewery.  VW buses, Bristol brew, brats from Edelweiss and live music... it doesn't get much better than that!  The gang at Bristol will block off the back lot to make room for the festivities and some sweet, cheery VW buses. 

Last but not least... don't forget the Left Hand beer dinner at A Second Cup on Monday night.  A Second Cup, also known as "Another Pint" is located on the far north side of Colorado Springs.
