Yes, you read the right. Burning-Tree Emissary is essentially a free spell. In an aggressive deck filled with lots of low mana curve cards you'll be able to play numerous spells on your second turn. It's not too unreasonable to cast a Burning-Tree Emissary and a Strangleroot Geist, Ash Zealot, or Mayor of Avabruck on the same turn.
Revealed today in an article by the staff of MagicTheGathering.com, while it may be rare there's a possibility of drawing multiple copies of Burning-Tree Emissary in your opening hand. Any opponent will have a hard time dealing with two threats on the second turn, never mind three.
You'll want to include a full set of Pillar of Flame and Searing Spear to clear the way for your Burning-Tree Emissary's attack.
