You invest a lot of time and effort in exercise, being efficient in the way you use your time is the key to getting the most from your workout. Follow these tips to get the most benefit out of every minute that you spend exercising and burn fat.
Track your progress. The best way to stay motivated and to avoid telling yourself that you can skip today, and burn fat, is to track everything you do. The progress you make will show you your efforts are worth it.

Don't eat carbs after dinner. Don't cut out carbs, you need them to be health. Just eat them earlier in the day. People tend to eat the worst carbs later in the day. Just avoid them to burn fat.
Do your cardio workout first thing in the morning. If you can get in 30 minutes of cardio before you eat in the morning, your body will start burning stored fat right away. Make sure you eat good carbs and protein after your workout.
