Nothing beats a Bourbon Malt Milkshake served with an all beef burger topped with truffled pecorino cheese and black truffled aioli and a side of duck fat fries. Award-winning Chef Michael Mina and his team at Bourbon Steak at Fairmont Scottsdale have created a Bar Burgers menu that serves up just such scrumptious treats.

One of Scottsdale's great gems is the burger bar concept at Bourbon Steak.The upscale Bourbon Steak restaurant, located inside the luxurious Fairmont Scottsdale resort, offers a unique concept to diners who want great food without all the fuss of a full service restaurant. Guests create their own burgers from an interactive menu, handed to them on a clipboard.

The Signature All-Beef Burger at Bourbon Steak is a blend of American Kobe Beef and Dry-Aged Prime New York cooked over a wood-burning grill. The other burgers include lamb, turkey, and salmon. Guests then select up to six toppings including cheeses, such as Emmental Swiss, St. Pete's Blue, and Truffled Pecorino; vegetables including house-made dill pickles, heirloom tomatoes, shaved jalapenos, grilled portabella, or bourbon carmelized onions; greens such as butter lettuce, watercress, or mesclun lettuce; and sauces including black truffled aioli, green goddess, yogurt, balsamic vinaigrette, or the Secret Sauce.

Of course, adding on a trio of duck fat fries is the perfect accompaniment. The trio includes the ever-popular truffled fries served with a truffled aioli.

The meal wouldn't be complete without one of Bourbon Steak's Adult Milkshakes. Diners can select from the Bourbon Malt with Jim Beam and Salty Caramel; the Grasshopper with chocolate liqueur and Creme de Menthe, or the Rum Raisin with Appleton Rum and plumped raisins.
