People certainly don't need another reason to buy cheap fast food. But Burger King is making it hard to say "no" to unhealthy options. Especially because you don't even have to buy a burger and fries, since the restaurant's new meal includes both together.
The fast food chain says it will start offering a "French Fry Burger." That's right, a burger topped with fries for the small cost of a buck.
The chain says the burger will be available September 1 through the fall, as it looks to bring up sales and customer interest with cheap new concoctions. Unfortunately, these cheap concoctions are a killer to a healthy diet.
The burger, which clocks in at 360 calories and 19 grams of fat, is pretty much a standard beef patty topped with the chain's french fries.
This new sandwich is part of a battle in the fast-food dollar menus. McDonald's also added new meals to its Dollar Menu, which now features a Grilled Onion Cheddar Burger and a McDouble.
Let's face it, fast-food is getting cheaper, faster and fatter. What do you think? Will you order the "French Fry Burger" or not?
