Today is your last day for free Burger King fries, their new Satisfires. Burger King wants to introduce the public to their new lower-fat fries, a healthier choice when ordering French fries. The free fries, or Satisfries, were available all weekend, so Sunday is your last chance, according to ABC Local News on Oct. 12.
The great part about this give-away is there’s no strings attached. You don’t have to buy a thing, just stop in at one of the Burger King restaurants nation-wide and ask for your free Satisfries. The freebie only applies to the value-size fries and there’s only one per customer.
The new Satisfries have 20% fewer calories and 30% less fat than Burger Kings’ regular fries. A small serving, which is being offered today has only 270 calories and 11 grams of fat. The same portion of the classic Burger King fries have 340 calories and 15 grams of fat.
Is this enough of a calorie and fat reduction for people to opt out of the classic fries that they’ve come to love to try the new Satisfries?
Apparently Burger King was wondering this too, as this free Burger King Satisfries weekend is a way of giving folks a chance to taste the fries so they will know they aren’t giving up taste along with reduced fat and calories.
Just stop in at any Burger King Sunday and ask for your free Satisfries and give them a go!
