Celebrate Easter with these festive pancakes

Pancake Ingredients
1 ¼ cup flour
¼ cup sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 ¼ cup milk
¼ cup canola oil
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Topping Ingredients
Whipped cream (in a can, not a tub)

First, make your pancakes. In one bowl, sift together the dry ingredients. In another, whisk together the wet ingredients. Slowly incorporate the dry mixture into the wet mixture until smooth. Preheat a greased skillet over medium heat and cook your pancakes. You’ll need one normal sized circle one and two smaller oval shaped ones for each “bunny butt”.

Once you’ve made your pancakes, assemble as shown in the picture. Slice a strawberry, placing two slices on each foot as the pads. Add three sprinkles beneath each strawberry for the smaller pads. Top off with a puff of whipped cream on the biggest pancake for the tail and enjoy your fun Easter pancakes!
