This episode of Bunheads left so many things unfinished and a jaw dropper that shocked nearly everyone. It felt like the show was setting itself up for another season rather than winding down for completions. There have been a few rumors that the show will not be resigned next season but nothing about the way they left off would lead you to believe that is the case. Hopefully next season will clear up a few things.
Although one issue did feel as though it had a bit finality to it. Michelle’s audition took place. Her dreams of the stage are not completely gone but you get the impression that it did pull her father into Paradise than she already was. This was followed by the scene of Ginny, reinforcing her mothering like position with the girls.
Through out the episode sex was the theme. The girls studied it, talked about it and were embarrassed and tortured with it as Fanny tried to discuss it with them. It seemed that Sasha was the center of all of the sex talk. That is until Ginny escaped Fanny’s sex talk to talk to Michelle and admitted that she had sex with Frankie and the two are now not talking.
We are now left till a hopeful next season to see what is going to come of that what will happen with the other girls. The rumors may be pointing to the show not being renewed but that does not seem to be the likely case as the show has picked up a good following and popularity.
