Kevin Yanes has commented on the quality of the competitive battles in the upcoming multiplatform video game, “Destiny,” which is coming to the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. According to a report from Gameranx on April 4, the production engineer at Bungie stated that all he wanted to do is play the player vs. player multiplayer modes of the shared-world first-person shooter.

He went on to state that competitive modes are “so good and so addicting.” You can find a set of “Destiny” screenshots with the media gallery located on the left-hand side of this article and his remarks below:

All I want to do when I get home is play our PvP. So good and so addicting!

Although “Destiny” includes competitive multiplayer modes, the primary focus on the multiplatform title will be on the cooperative experience. Players have the ability to team up and complete missions against computer-controlled enemies.

They can get a pre-release taste of the action with the online beta, which is slated to take place later this summer. The play test will be made available for the PS3 and PS4 before launching for the Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

The final version of “Destiny” is going to be published by Activision when it launches on Sept. 9 for all four aforementioned platforms. The PS3 and PS4 ports of the title will come with additional exclusive contents due to a partnership between Bungie and Sony Computer Entertainment.
