Bunbury Music Festival offers diverse musical lineup for area music lovers

2014 marks the third year that the Bunbury Music Festival will take place at Sawyer Point, along the banks of the Ohio River in Cincinnati, Ohio. This local music festival draws not only amazing local talent to its many stages, but also many big name acts have graced the banks of the Ohio river. The first two years of the festival have seen headliners such as Jane's Addiction, fun and Weezer. This year, Fallout Boy, Paramore and The Flaming Lips are scheduled to headline the three day event. The festival was founded by Bill Donabedian, who is also the co-founder of another huge Cincinnati event-the MidPoint Music Festival.

Details for this year's event are still being released as new acts are being signed. As of today, February 28, the acts participating in the 2014 Bunbury Music Festival include:

  • Fitz and the Tantrums
  • Foxy Shazam
  • Heartless Bastards
  • Red Wanting Blue
  • Kishi Bashi
  • and many, many more

Tickets for the three day event, which is being held July 11-13, are available through TicketMaster and cost $65.00 per day, $145.00 for a three day pass or $325.00 for a three day VIP pass, which includes front row access to the main stage, air conditioned tents and restrooms, private bar with drink specials and many more amenities.
