Bulleit Bourbon releases highly-anticipated Bulleit 10

Aged in charred American white oak, a select number of Bulleit Bourbon barrels were set aside to age for ten years instead of the traditional five to eight. Bulleit founder, Tom Bulleit, admits that he feels the traditionally aged bourbon is already incredible, but aging it just a few years longer created a truly elevated batch of bourbon. The extra years created a smoother, richer, more complex bourbon with delicate floral notes and an oaky aroma with hints of vanilla and dried fruit. And after ten long, highly-anticipated years Bulleit 10 is now available to consumers.

Bulleit 10 is reportedly smooth, possessing a flavor with spice, caramel and dried fruit notes. At 91.2 proof (or 45.6% ABV), Bulleit 10 maintains the rye content throughout and finishes smooth and smoky, ideal for sipping. Keeping with tradition, Bulleit 10 will be showcased in the iconic frontier-inspired bottles the brand is known for.

Tom Bulleit had the following to say of Bulleit 10: “Bulleit 10 is a very limited and special opportunity to responsibly enjoy the bourbon in a refined expression. We are eager to see its receptivity and are making it available for as long as the supply lasts.”

If you’re a Bulleit fan, get your hands on a bottle of this special release while you can.
