Bulla (boo-yah) is a slang word in Spanish that means noise or chatter, and it is also the name of a recently opened Gastrobar in Coral Gables that is giving people something new to talk about.
Carlos Centurion, owner of "Por Fin", decided to put a modern twist on a Spanish tapas restaurant while combining the essence of the Gastropubs in Spain mixed with some Caribbean flavors that are abundant in the Magic City. Bulla offers not only a great ambiance with a massive bar that is the centerpiece of the restaurant, but also the chef Luis Quant, knows how to take you in a culinary journey that tantalizes your taste buds.
From the traditional tortilla española, patatas bravas, to unique creations like Huevos Bulla (with homemade potato chips, jamon serrano, potato foam and the intoxicating deliciousness of truffle oil), rest assured that you will find something in the menu that will satiate your appetite and will provide many layers of flavor to your senses. Bulla is the perfect spot where you can experience many dishes that are different from each other but somehow they all go together.
This restaurant offers also the opportunity to do events and catering since it is quite spacious and they have a second floor for private parties.
Bulla is located in 2500 Ponce de Leon Boulevard Coral Gables, Florida 33134.
